I cant enter the "Skin Options" page under system settings when i change to a non default skin.
Ive tried in Backrow, PM3HD, Transparancy! and Mediastream Redux.
In Confluence it works just fine

Problem is you have a windows username with non-ascii characters in it.
Please add a ticket on trac including these details and attach your log file. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
