filigran Wrote:You need to enable debugging in either inside XBMC or in advancedsettings.xml. More info here: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Log..._Debugging

And use sites like http://www.pastebin.com http://www.pastie.org or http://gist.github.com to post your log, alot easier to read for everyone trying to help you. Smile

Is this only happening in Rapier?

I asked him that too, and he said:

Btw, nims:
Did you try reinstalling XBMC, removing the skin entirely, removing your .xbmc directory (with guisettings.xml in it, among other things) like I asked earlier?

Yes I can confirm this is only in Rapier. On the new install I switched now to confluence and this is working without any problems. I will enable all the debug logging, and post any new logs (via pastebin Wink ) in this thread.

Yes I did this. I upgraded even to Dharma.
Changed rapier to match the new dharma structure myself (just renaming and adding an xml).

And it went very well for a couple of days. But after these days, it started again.

Ok I had another freeze, but not after an s3 resume so don't know if it's related. What I did:
1) I was looking a tv show.
2) Opened the subtitle OSD
3) Tried to open sublight.si, but this hanged.
4) I wanted to exit the plug and entered 'S' on my keboard.
5) I chose reload skin, and then it froze.

I see a lot in my debug log, so maybe someone has a clue?

Here's the pastebin

Well today it happend again after an s3 resume. The pastebin is here:
http://pastebin.com/FsFYggHG

It sure is caused by the following:
18:02:34 T:2766138224 M:1635311616 WARNING: CRenderManager::FlipPage - timeout waiting for flip to complete
18:02:34 T:2766138224 M:1635311616 WARNING: CRenderManager::FlipPage - timeout waiting for previous frame

Anyone knows what this means?

Today I had another hang but not on rapier. Looks like it has got something todo with Samba ideling out. It seems that a lot of people have the same issue: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=66124 but it seems that it doesn't get fixed at all Sad

Hope someone from the team can pick this on up.

Sure no problem. In case you run into the same problem, I've posted a workaround incase you don't get autofs to work. You can find this workaround here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?p=6...post614832
