Inside movie folder you should create an folder named 'extrathumbs' and inside images named like this: thumb1.jpg, thumb2.jpg... etc
Remember that you have to keep every movie inside his own folder, this way each movie can have an extrathumbs folder.

inside movie folder save the trailer named like in this example: Stargate.avi, Stargate-trailer.avi. You have to add '-trailer' at the end.
After that remember to reload info for every movie that now has trailer. This way xbmc will 'see' the trailers added
