i just tried my new 210, which worfs fine, but i get no sound.
I guess modules should be fine:

im runnung mainline kernel 2.6.35, lucid 64 and want to use alsa..

you need alsa 1.0.23.

I have a gt240, which i believe uses the same audio drivers, and it needs alsa 1.0.23 and the audio device is either hw:0,7 or hw:1,7
