[feature request] XBMC capable as KVMA+ (A=audio) extender via Ethernet

Hi,
Most of HTPC are not able to run "heavy" game smoothly. And most of people has PC game in separate room with Home theater devices.
I am seeking possibility if XBMC able to do following:
1. Passing thought output of remote PC screen and audio to HTPC AV output
2. full control of remote PC including keyboard,mouse, and game devices
all via Ethernet

in short sentence, XBMC to stream game over LAN

the main achievement is to play game in home theater room with bigger screen and 5.1 / 7.1 speaker... ( wow what a gamer dream!!)
