VCDmonger Wrote:I just updated my Alaska Revisited Mod add-on (it's now 1.8.6), and now when I'm at the home screen (using the vertical layout) it no longer displays the number of movies or TV shows when highlighted. For example, when just highlighting movies at the home screen, under the word "Movies" it would say "120 Movies" (for example). Now it says nothing.
I've scoured the settings and could not find a way to re-enable the feature. The closest thing I could find was the option to show current weather conditions when weather is highlighted. How can I get this feature back? I apologize if it's been answered before, but I searched the forums and found nothing.
I'm running on Win7 x64, and my database is on a local MySQL server (on a NAS).
I forgot I that view uses the totals when I stopped the script getting them recently. Rolleyes

Fixed for next release.

Thanks. I just wanted to post an update: once I added a new movie to the library and scanned it in, the totals (for movies, TV shows, and music albums) started showing up on the home screen! I guess it just needed to scan something in and update the library for it to refresh the totals.

I have three questions, for which I haven't found the answers yet (probably wrong search terms)

Using 10.0 on Windows and Alaska Revisited unicode

- How do i enable Tvtunes? Is there any support planned
- I seem to be able to download Logos, however in the logo view i only get the background witout any logos? Is that a common problem
- Which Alaska Revisited should i use? Why are there two versions?

TVTunes support just added for next release.

Have you also enabled their use in the settings? (Use 'banner.jpg'?)

Alaska Revisited is the main version now (Mod simply having Unicode font support).

Thanks for clearing that

Shouldnt Logo view use the Logo.png which is being downloaded by the Logo downloader instead of the Banner.jpg?

I do have banner.jpg, which aren't loaded in Banner view either... weird

Stored on a NAS
Hierarchy: Shows->Showname->Season XX

All banner, logo and nfo files are in the respective show base folders.

As i basically just switched fully to xbmc i am currently redoing the whole library so maybe the issue clears up after i gathered all data locally again

Is there any benefit to using this over the standard Alaska Revisited? Or Vice-versa?

This has different fonts to the original ones found in Alaska Revisited.
