Sorry if this is posted before, I have searched and read much but can`t find a solution.

I can`t watch my subscription videos, I get an error message. No results. Like it is searching for it. But if I go into the "New Subscription Videos" it finds the new ones, but I can`t see the old one. And yes, I can see my subscriptions on YouTube.

Kindly; Petter I`m not an programmer, but I try and fail. Then I ask.....

Asus M4A785TD-V EVO,NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti , AMD Athlon II x2 240,4GB Ram, Win7 32bit, XBMC Latest Beta and 5.0TB HD.

Hello Guys,

i have short question regarding the youtube plugin while using a proxy. Since i'm from germany i bought me a us proxy account to access youtube. I want to use this account for sure on my XBMC too...and here we are going to the tricky part.

The proxy integration of XBMC is not usable - if i'm using it i just get a curl error 22. I only know, that this means that the client is just recieving invalid data.

Now i tried to set up a proxy behind XBMC with proxyfier(set up some rules to use my us proxy etc.)....which brings me a bit a further since i can now clearly see the network traffic.

I read in this thread, that you should use proxychains with youtube....but how to integrate them here (on windows, not linux). And how to handle all the servers of youtube?

Can u guys give me a hint how to get youtube running with proxys?

If you are having problems with Subscriptions then try this fix.

FYI, a quick update, we've just issued a pull request that should fix the listing of subscriptions and playlist (the over 50 items bug). I think that are other bugfixes in there but those are the ones that come to mind.

Full debug log please.

You should try without proxychains, try with Eden RC1, set the proxy in XBMC. If it still fails, try restarting xbmc(should not be needed in RC1, but was a problem earlier in the Eden branch).

JaguarX Wrote:Hi, i'm having the same difficulty with downloading videos via the youtube add-on. I've noticed in my log that it shows the extender is not supported. I've recently updated to xbmc eden beta 3, latest youtube add-on version. But the downloader wasn't working on the previous version of xbmc either....

here's my log http://pastebin.com/f9UW7Gcj

I actually realized that it wasn't because i forgot to do something. It is because i turned something off(I needed to test stuff while it was still in Beta).

This issue should be fixed in the PR we have sent.
