I am not sure if this is an XBMC or BackRow issue.
I was cleaning up my tv shows and noticed that many of my shows had the wrong thumb and fan art. For instance the graphics for Hung were used for both Hung and House. I had to figure out whiuch was which, refresh and reselect the fan art and thumb.
Any thoughts on if this is an issue or was it just something I did wrong.

I can't see it being skin related. Not sure really.

I agree it is likely not the skin that is at fault. Know that it is all cleaned up it is working well. I will have to figure out how to duplicate the problem so I can post an a useful bug report.
