Hi everybody!

I know this is properly answered somewhere in this here forum but...

If i install XBMC Live on my Acer Revo having no desktop on the live install how do i add movies and music to the system with access to a front-end (sorry for the stupid question)

And yes i know i could just use ubuntu 10.04 but i just find the live cd easier and i have no idea how to do anything in Linux.

Several Ways.....
Step 1: Place Media on one of these devices
1. Network
2. Local HD in the Acer
3. External USB drives (I have 2 externals on my Acer, about to be 3)

Step 2:
1. Load XBMC
2. Click on Videos and then add the source (either 1,2,3 from above). If its a network drive, you have to set it up right so search for a "how-to" on this forum.
3. Tell XBMC what kind of content the videos are by pushing C on the keyboard and "set content".
4. Scrap media info.
5. Watch.
