Is it possible to add favourites as custom home menu items?

I want to add a radio stream as a home menu item.

Nobody added anything to the home screen? This is built into Night skin, custom home menu options, no mods for alaska?

Thanks, I've tried following the instructions but nothing changes, I'll follow up in that thread incase something has changed in the coding.
