Seeking TV show content assistance.

I have used Media Companion and it has found all my TV shows and Movies just fine. My folder structure for tv shows is "TV Shows\Show Title\Season\File.ext"

I go into videos and I set the content type for the TV Shows folder to TV shows. Then I set it to scan. It sits on the first show title (24 in this case) and just sits there. I have let it go for over an hour. I gave up and restarted XBMC. I looked into the TV Shows section and the folder for 24 is there but it says it has zero episodes (i know there is all of season 6 in there) I then went to the video sections drilled into the tv shows folder and set just the next show folder to scan. It hung as well. same outcome. So know i have two of my shows with zero episodes. When I try to rescan those shows it just blinks thru the scan like it is already done.

Any suggestions?

FYW Adding movies worked well and I have no problems there.
