I went to the animeFTW website. There is a monthly membership fee (I think under $5/mo).
I had the same issue, but I'm already a crunchyroll member or I would have jumped on this.

You have to be logged in, and then there is a link at the top of the nav bar that says "Be advanced.." obviously not the best, and i will work on something better that is more available..

The membership fee is only required to watch past the first two episodes on the XBMC addon.. not required to watch from the website... just want that to be clear..
