Skip Video Library Screen

Hi there,

I noticed on several skins (Ie: Focus/reFocus) that when i enter the movies section and i press back to go to the home screen i first have to go through 2 other screens, one of them being the library screen/file mode.

Since on several other skins when i press back i go directly to the homescreen, is there anything i need to configure in order to do that?

2 different buttons sir..

button 1: "back" which takes you to the homescreen from wherever you are in xbmc (this is NOT the button your mashing apparently)

button 2: "up" which takes you up one level in the heiarchy of views /menus (this is the button your mashing)

Solution, push the right button (remap your remote to have the actual "back" button mapped somewhere as well as the "up" button)

Explanation of why it is inconsistent... skins can override some buttons on some views..
