Is there a way to disable the up and down settings menus? Kiosk mode doesn't seem to do it.

For example, when in the movies section, if you press up twice, the settings menu pops out on the right.

Or, in my trailers page (which I have set to the Wall View), if you press up past the first row or down past the last row, instead of returning to the opposite side, it goes to the settings menu.

Is this feature available?
