[Windows 7] Movie information not loading

Hello, I'm trying to set up an XBMC installation in my living room but when ever I try to sync my library with IMDB only a few select movies from the library get information. It does this on both of my PC installations with the same movies every time. It works perfectly on my Xbox and I have even tried exporting my library xml from my Xbox and importing it onto the PC with no luck.

5 or 6 movies get all info and thumbnail, some just bits of info, others nothing at all. But all information is present for all movies on my Xbox installation with the same settings. Both installations are running Camelot 9.11 and windows 7 and all media plays fine just no information is downloaded.

fresh installed the new build with no luck, same movies showing the same information same movies with nothing

You'll need to turn on debug logging then do a scan, and post the resulting log on pastebin.com.

Whats your folder structure and file naming , whats in the folders etc, are there nfo.

I ran the scan with debugginbg enabled but where to I find the log at to paste it?

My movies are in a directory like this

Movies>"Movie Name">Audio_ts/Video_ts

This is the same location my xbox is set to that has no problems with syncing the information

IMPORTANT! The normal XBMC log IS NOT a debug log, to enable debug logging you must toggle it on under XBMC Settings - System.
The location depends on your windows version:

1. Windows Xp: Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\XBMC\xbmc.log
2. Vista: Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\xbmc.log

P.S.
When xbmc.exe was started without parameters the logfile is in the xbmc installation directory. "

I have the same problem i.e. I pick a movie, RMB on it and pick Movie Information and then I have two possible outcomes: (1) nothing happens or (2) I am shown just a basic window with information about encoder etc.

I am running xbmc-r33324-Dharma_beta1.exe at the time and cosnider gettign 9.11 to verify whether the problem is with the beta version or not.
