Trasparency with Dharma beta1

I would use this skin, but can not use it.
I understand if I can use with a dharma beta1 version live.

it's possible?

sure, you can checkout the svn version of T!:
http://transparency-xbmc.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

and put it in a skin.transparency folder in your addon directory.

Assuming windows -

Download Tortoise
Create skin.transparency folder
right click that folder
select SVN checkout
Paste that link Ronie gave and hit "OK"
