I would use this skin, but can not use it.
I understand if I can use with a dharma beta1 version live.

sure, you can checkout the svn version of T!:
http://transparency-xbmc.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ and put it in a skin.transparency folder in your addon directory. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. Assuming windows -
Download Tortoise Create skin.transparency folder right click that folder select SVN checkout Paste that link Ronie gave and hit "OK" Check out The Carmichael - A Skin For XBMC Check out Night - A Skin For XBMC Check out Unfinished - A Skin For XBMC |
