What happened to "Allow to control XBMC via HTTP"

I upgraded XBMC recently and can't seem to find the "Allow to control XBMC via HTTP" option anymore? I would like to be able to control XBMC using Android XBMC remote like I did before.

There's an entry called "Allow other systems to control XBMC", but there is no place to specify port number, username, and password like I did in the earlier version.

Build it with the 'webserver' USE-flag set. It appears to be off by default.

Code:
htpc ~ # equery uses xbmc
[ Searching for packages matching xbmc... ]
[ Colour Code : set unset ]
[ Legend : Left column  (U) - USE flags from make.conf              ]
[        : Right column (I) - USE flags packages was installed with ]
[ Found these USE variables for media-tv/xbmc-9999 ]
