Question
Hi everybody, I want to ask which app is the best remote for iPad, I am running XBMC 9.11 in windows 7, I have try XBMC Remote 1.7.7 and I think is very good but maybe there is one better than XBMC remote.

I was wondering if exist an app that can export exactly the same display from the XBMC in the computer to the iPad

Any comments will be appriciated

The new default web ui looks promising to me. It's very good for touch screens.

I appologise in advance for the noob question that might have been asked before. I am going to build an HTPC and will be installing XBMC on it tomorrow. I also have an iPad and was wondering the best remote app for it.
Choices so far include:

What do you guys use and how has it worked out for you?

I am not saying it's the best, just the only one I have heard of Wink

Looks like an old thread, but Constellation is by far my favorite. Definitely worth a look

Long time Reader, first time poster (and newly regged, yay Big Grin)

Anyone have any experience with XBMC commander and raspberry pi (raspbmc r4)?

I know it will be slower but for me the indexing of movies/tvs is horrendously slow.

To make it clear.

1. I have downloaded everything (incl fanart) from the download cache menu.
2. the app is always on (its the only thing i use the ipad2 for)
3. everytime i switch between tv <> movies at the bottom it reloads everything and it takes about 60 sec til the thumbs show up.

Its a class 10 card, but shouldnt it load it locally of the ipad?

Thanks for your time, hoping for a good discussion Smile
