Quick question - do you need to have the sound settings within windows set to output over hdmi in order for the sound to work in XBMC for windows?

I have a revo 3610, with the latest video and sound drivers, but in the sound settings the audio over hdmi can not be selected. It says "not connected"

any ideas?

I recently reinstalled my Revo 3610 with the drivers from the Asus support site, and the sound over HDMI just worked without any tweaking needed.
