SKin Fonset names are from now on translatable

For every skinners' interest:

From now on, skin fontset names are translatable. You just need to add the string id in Fontset.xml and add the string in the language strings.

Just like it is in this commit with Confluence:

From now you can translate this:

And any fontset name the skin uses. For example in Confluence it was Default_nocaps.
