Recently my XBMC live install is freezing every 24 - 48 hours it's the current live iso, installed to the internal hd of a revo 3700 (atom dual core, ION 2)

As it was happening regularly I enabled debug, the last few lines are below and the whole log is available here

Any suggestions to why this is happening and what I can try to fix it would be gratefully received.

It happened again and there's a similar last few lines - it seems like maybe the disk is unmounting for some reason?
