Getting Rapier to work with XBMC Freak's install

Did some searching and nothing came up. Recently used XBMCFreaks install cd and installed to a Zotac Zbox but cant seem to figure out how to install this skin (or for that matter any other skin that already isn't pre-installed on Freaks version). There isnt even a skin directory to copy it into. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
