Install emulator under dharma

Hi.
I would like to install my snes emulator again.
But i don´t know how to do this within the new release.
There is now "applications" folder anymore.
How can i do this now?
I have a folder calles "snes emu" on my pc and a default.xbe within it.
Any help would be nice.
