KEEP THE GPU!!!

I LOVE gt220. Maybe the best HTPC GPU on the planet. Intel GPUs are garbage.

AS for the rest of the build, I love it. I love Lian Li, I love Gigabyte, I love Intel CPUs, I love WD Green HDs. That build could do anything, and I can't recommend better except one thing:

You really need a SSD OS drive for that bad boy. Its a VERY bad move to put your OS on your storage drives, and a SSD adds more XBMc performance than any other part. Without a SSD that box in XBMC would feel slower than my weak Atom box with a SSD. It makes that big of difference.

nice thanks for the feedback, i was trying to keep costs down but i suppose a 30g SSD should do the trick...... even though i wanted to use up that Sata port for a bigger storage... more media

For a harmony get one of these:

And really, do get a SSD. Once you get past two or three drives you need to consider a NAS anyway.

When using the HP receiver, set the remote to "Windows Media Center" mode.

I have the Harmony 659. The IR receiver I linked above should work perfectly.

A NAS is in the future when you need more space:
