Looking for an auto-play shuffle script.

I'm looking for a script that, when XBMC is launched, will start playing a random video from my SMB share and continue to shuffle thereafter. Is this possible?

Full disclosure: I'm doing this on an Xbox, but it seems like a pretty universal thing.
