Today I got a message that the scraper of "Rotten Tomatoes" wasn't compatible anymore and I was asked to turn it off.
I wasn't using it.

Today (before I got this message) my iMDB-scraper hangs.
If I tell XBMC to cancel scanning, the whole Application hangs.

Is there something going on with those scrapers

I'm running Dharma - beta2
The TVDB scraper is still running.

Hi,

When I try to scrapper my media, when the "downloading movie information" start it stop after some time, allways in same movie, whatever scrapper i use (imdb or ptgate) or hard disk i select. I already clean the library but it allways happen.

Any suggestion?

Ps: Windows 7 acer r3610.

Rotten Tomatoes is indeed broken so it's been marked broken.
(Probably you had it downloaded, that's why you got the message)

IMDb should work. Your issue is probably unrelated to scrapers.

I am using Dharma 2, it stop on Blood Diamond in one hard drive, and in Avatar in another hard drive i use..

IMDB scaper is hanging for me also, worked fine this morning but now it is not scaping anything and just hangs when it finds a new movie.

Using Beta 2 with the newest IMDB Update (2.0.3)

The whole xmbc seems to hang, when I using the IMDB scraper (have to kill the process to get back to windows).

Yep, confirmed.

This is not a scraper issue. You will have to wait for the next release.

Workarounds:
- switch to an other scraper (themoviedb for example)
- switch to Linux
- build from SVN

what release do you mean? next xbmc nightly oder imdb update? guess xbmc, cause you said its not a scraper issue?

Same here.. I am stuck at Solomon Kane (2009). However, other movies where scanned just fine..
