Hi,

I have this problem:

My movies are slightly zoomed when I put them to 100% (aka normal-mode).
I have to zoom them to 96% to get a real fullscreen picture.

I compensated my TV's overscan with '-4%'-zoom in the Settings of XBMC.
I dont have this problem in the menu.

This problem (same options) didn't occur in my pre-merge xbmc, so I am not sure when this started.

You probably adjusted the skin zoom, which only zooms out the skin and not the video, you should use the overscan adjustment instead.

Worked for me.

btw, never noticed the overscan-calibration-feature in my old pre-merge setup.

I did a forced shutdown of xbmc, and it lost the whole overscan configuration.
I am not sure why this happened.

The configuration was made a long time ago.
btw, this problem sounds like this one.
I am using multiple displays.
