I think that's the correct term....
Please make KODI so that you can transfer the install folder to a new windows install and still have the exe work and retain the library and settings.
I am a huge fan and user of KODI and think what you guys are doing is one of the best progressive projects on the internet currently. Having this feature would make it far simpler for me to transfer all my work easily to a family member or friends PC or anyone else.

Just make a copy of the kodi directory and paste it to the same location on the target PC.
The paths differe per OS so here's a list of all of them: http://kodi.wiki/view/userdata

Make sure to copy the parent directory (the kodi folder)
