Hey guys,

Is it possible to create a mask over text, so for example the text blends from black to white?

photoshop example...



So far i've used Photoshop to create the text/mask and saved as a .png image, so its a image within the code instead of of a label. That's fine for now however when it comes to translation later on that won't work!

I tried creating a mask overlay, and just placing that over the relevant label however it's not great. Plus, if the translation shortens or lengthens the word, the it doesn't work.

Any ways to achieve this using a label? I can't find any obvious tags.

Nope. You could perhaps do something with a semi-transparent image over the top of the text.
