I have a brand new install of ubuntu and xbmc. I am set to english, scraper is set to IMDB - I also tried rottentomatoes and amazon. When adding content to the library it all adds in Spanish. I had this problem with windows also, but it would add things in French. What is going on ?

Hello i2ambler. Depending on the version of XBMC you might need to look in a different place but, have you set the scrapers language?

In XBMC 9.11 the setting was under scrapper settings,If I remember correctly, in the Dharma branch (10.0 still in beta but is the SVN builds for linux) you se tht language under the scrpper in Addons.

I don't think I have ever encountered your issue, never had it pull the wrong language on me...but that is where I would look, at the scrapper settings.
