Attach image to forum post and [RELEASE] prefix?

I wanted to attach an addon to one of my posts but didn't see a function for that on this forum. I've seen it on some other posts. Do I need "reputation" for this ability?

Are the [RELEASE] and [REQUEST] prefixes entered manually in the Tags field of a forum post? Or is there a selection/check box somewhere I'm missing?

attach an addon? I believe you have to upload it somewhere else and then link to it (same with images).

AFAIK [RELEASE] is added manually

Sorry I haven't seen that before. I do not have the option so i'd say it has to be enabled per user.
