Hei guys. I have a i3-530 HTPC System and I have to much problems with DXVA2 (XBMC10.0) and artefacts. Also I have the 23,976Hz Bug, but this problem alone would be ok.

So I decided to buy a GT430..but in my htpc-case there is no place for a normal card, because their slot blends are to big (Case: http://www.techsolo.net/site/product.php...lass_id=28)

So which card should fit into my HTPC Case without using a saw Smile Dualslot would be no problem, my problem is the wide of the backside

PS: I use win7 + xbmc

aha...noooboodyyyy..knooows the.....

I don´t think I'am the only one with a HTPC Case. What is the catchword I have to look for (not Low Profile, because the "Backplate", are whatever it is called, is still as big as at normal VGA-Cards).

from googling, it seems that at least the palit GT430 low profile has also low profile backplates included which you just switch.
OpenElec Standalone --> Asus Chromebox 'Panther' --> Onkyo TX-NR709 --> Sony 55" X85C Android TV (also with Kodi!)
Asus Chromebox EZ Script
Kodi on Sony Bravia Android TVs

thanks, I was confused because all low-profile-vga-card pics I found where with the big bracket.

I have a favorite now:

I don´t find any informations about a second bracket....but it should have. I dont understand why they don´t talk about such key features.

Are there any low-profile passively cooled ones out there?

Oops! Blush Shame that one doesn't seem to be available in Australia now. Well I'll keep on looking.
