Dharma Beta 3 exit on Pause?

On Dharma Beta 3 (Live Install), whenever I'm watching a movie (.mkv stream) and hit pause on my MCE remote, it just exit to the home screen. When I start the movie again, it starts from the beginning. I have to press Stop, then play and resume. Beta 2 worked fine. Any workaround?
