I guess own3d.tv did some changes to the way the stream works, and the dev have to change something in the addon :/

Hope for a quick fix Big Grin I love this addon Smile

Guys, if you want to fix the addon go find the .swf url in the own3d.py file and change it from "http://static.ec.own3d.tv/player/Own3dPlayerV2_86.swf" to "http://static.ec.own3d.tv/player/Own3dPlayerV3_07.swf"

I am not sure if that's enough to fix EngineeredChaos' version of the addon but it made Vrok and mine's version work again.

I edited the file and am uploading it here so that I don't have to edit it on my HTPC and perhaps it might help someone else.

Can you give us a few examples of streams that aren't working?
Are they always broken or do they work from time to time?

I tried the addon and had an issue with a lot of the streams not working.

I haven't delved into the code too much but i made a small change that seems to have fixed the issue i had, i can now watch all the streams i've tried.

I've made a fork of EngineeredChaos' repository, you can download that as a zip file on the page.

Made a quick fork to fix it

https://github.com/Undeadhunter/plugin.v...os.own3Dtv

should work with that (does for me anyway)

Hi,

I'm trying to get this addon to work in PS3 Media Server, so I can stream Own3D through my house. It uses PMS-SHB, an addin for PMS called Jumpy, and then the XBMC python script to tie it all together.

Now this addon works perfect in XBMC, and I've got all other addons (such as Engaget and G4TV) working so that they appear and stream perfectly to the PS3. But although the addon appears on my PS3, when I browse to "LiveStreams" or any other folder no streams appear - I just get add bookmark.

Now since I've got the other ones working, I'm wondering what could be stopping this particular addon from working? Is there something simple that can be fixed?

Cheers,
M.

He changed the SWF URL: https://github.com/Undeadhunter/plugin.v...4a6a373cfa

But aside from that, is there a way of merging twitch streaming into that? So you could use one plugin for both services?
