I d/l the passion repo zip file, open XBMC, try to install from zipfile, but get " dependencies not met" message. I've run XBMC & other repos on this Win7 Pro 32bit PC before, what am I missing here?
many thanks!!
Same here
And also getting "Dependencies not met" here running on the RaspBMC version, so not a Windows specific problem.

Just unzip the file in your addons dir & ignore the warning about it being broken.

Using raspbmc rc2. I was also getting "dependencies not met" using the zip file. I then coped repository.passion.xbmc.org to /home/pi/.xbmc/addons but I don't see anything listed in XBMC Add-ons other than "xbmc.org add-ons".

Did you download the frodo or the eden version of the zip?
If Frodo; you need repository.passion.xbmc.org.frodo-3.0.1.zip
There is a selector on the top right where you can select the different repos.
When your issue is solved, please edit your original post and select Solved Issue from the pulldown menu. Thanks!
