Is there a way to make XBMC less sensitive? When I try to play a video file that has even the slightest video glitches, playback stops and will not resume. XBMC is not crashing, it just stops playback and goes back to the previous menu.

I found the problem. It was due to the media being stored in a defective external USB enclosure.
