My guisettings.xml file somehow got messed up, ok I was tinkering with it and broke it. The worst part is I failed to make a backup. Can someone please post theirs or tell me where I can download another copy. Thank you so much.

deleting it, and restarting xbmc doesn't create a new one?

Yes, just delete it. XBMC will start with the default settings.
