¿xbmc don't save the thumbnails of videos?

Everytime i enter to a directory it seems that recalculate every video thumbnails. I have some 'big' directories with hundreds of music videos and program take a long time to show all thumbnails.

Am I doing something wrong?

Same problem with Pictures.
Every time I want to whatch my pictures, XBMC has to generate new thumbnails.
