replaying video stream after pausing is fastforwarding for afew seconds

it's happend on a new version Dharma beta 1,2 and 3. There is no problem for Camelot.
I'm watching video and i pausing for read subtitles correctly and play video again but video is jumping it's like fastforward a few seconds.

I tried this stuation on three different computer with different avi files

My question.

is this a bug, shuld i report this or is this different situation about tuning setting s up
