ListControl Query

For the addon I'm working on I need a list box with the up/down arrows as in some of the xbmc settings screens

I had assumed this was the ListControl but all that seems to give me is a list down the screen

Was wondering if I'm using it wrong, whether I should be using a different control (can't see any other that supports a list of items), or whether it's not supported in xbmcgui and I have to implement it myself please?
