hey guys


i use XBMC as my primary media center, but when i'm playing on my xbox 360 i like to have music, which i serve from XBMC via it's upnp server.

thing is, although it sorts the music into albums/artists etc, the tracks in each album are sorted alphabetically, it seems to ignore track numbers altogether.


i was just wondering if there's some way of fixing this up, or configuring it?

ah, i should probably add that there's no option for sorting from within the 360 itself, but other upnp servers i've used such as uShare will organise the tracks by track number by default.

I have got the same problem. I just wanna note, that Beta 1 still sorted by track numbers, but since Beta 2 the sorting is done alphabetacally.
Not sure, if it was done on purpose. If yes, I would prefer a switch, because I would like listen to my music by track numbers, not by name
