Nice Views, sincerely i don't like font on the Home Menu. You're are thinking to bring this skin in 720p resolution or higher? Keep it up, good work!

I do most of my viewing on a PC and have no trouble seeing anything clear no matter what skin so I would like to do a version without focusing on everything being so large. From the start I have been working in 720p in anticipation of that.
But it has been very time consuming getting the SD version finished.
I like the blocky font for the main menu. I am in the process of adding an alternative font set to the skin though.
I have a few color sets now working on a couple of alternative font sets

After adding a new standard fontset I am starting to agree with you

I made the other main menu font with a fontcreator prog from scratch so I am a bit invested

Lookin pretty good.
Some of those views are crazy! Not in a bad way, it's just creative. Seems like it would be good for the XBMC4Xbox project.

Thanks I gave up the old black box a while ago. Would have never been able to finish a skin or anything else if I was gaming. I do want to get a 360 but haven't yet ,so I wouldn't know what to do about XBMC4Xbox project. I'll check it out.

I was calling this menu button special but went with HOME in the end.It has a sub menu links that lead to a Next Aired page showing info using the Next Aired add-on. Quick Browse shows a page with all recent and random info plus three next aired episodes.

I also added flag jpegs for the names of the countries in the video library
so far just in the main list

Anyone know a source for flag pics that will look alike or be in a set?

It is still a little klunky in the navigation. But moves fast and is Dharma ready.

Great Work!!!
Gonna check it out..

It's nice to have such a nice skin for TVs with an Aspect Ratio of 4:3.

Although it would be highly appreciated to have a ported version for 16:9.
(i.e. if you're thinking of ugrading your TV/Monitor in the near future, then pls let us know :-)

Cheers

Edit:
Looks pretty cool, and the views are very fresh, especially because you have some unique views.
The fonts are extremely good readable.
This skin is also fine for a 16:9-Usage,
but needs just adjustments for the aspect-ratio of posters/fanarts (how could I fix that?).

Edit2:
To sum it up: It's also a great experience on a 16:9 TV.
The Aspect-Ratio feels wrong, but after few minutes the skin gets fancy and
you're fine with the aspect-ratio.

bridgman, keep it up!

.
Cheers

!
I started this skin using a widescreen 1280 lost that monitor and now I am using a 1024. Also recently my htpc power supply quit so all mods have been viewed 1024 by me lately. That may have something to do with it.
I am not quite sure what actual aspect ratio problem your having? That is just me being confused. I am sorry I don't have a suggestion at the moment I will look things over and see if I can figure out what is going on.

hi,

I am not quite sure how to explain it, but it looks like that there are views which are great on 4:3-TVs and some views which have the right cover-aspect-ratio (and also fanart-AR).
If it was intended to be like that, then I am happy with that.

Just wasn't sure about that.

Did you checked your skin in a AR of 16:9 (You may try XBMCs Window-Mode)

.
Cheers
