[LIVE] XBMC on eeePC, different resolution of two monitors
#1
Hello guys,

I'm having trouble setting different screen resolution on two monitors - the LCD monitor of eeePC (Intel 945GME, 1024x600) and plasma TV (1366x768).

I've installed XBMC from a Live USB stick on the secondary drive of my eeePC 901, so I can now dual-boot (XP/XBMC). It's currently working only with 800x600 resolution, which both displays support. And there's only one option for resolution in XBMC, so I believe it's working in clone mode now. I'd like to have the native resolution on both displays, but due to my very limited linux knowledge, I can't even figure where to start.

I've already fixed some other problems (like wifi connection to my router), following some guides and pointers in this forum. But this one left me clueless.

Can anyone help me please?

I can't believe that nobody has any clue.

At lease a small hint, where are the display/resolution settings saved?
