Can anyone tell me how or were I can find the custom_DialogFavourites.xml in the Transparency skin and what I need in order to edit this file. I want to chamge the RunScript line in it

Depending on your flavor of windows find your addons folder:
Windows Xp: Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\XBMC\addons\
Vista/Windows 7: Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\
(note that both of these are hidden by default so you might have to adjust your settings in control panel to even see them)
Then look for the appropriate skin folder (skin.transparency I think)
Then look in the folder called 720.
XML files are plain text so any text editor will do. Notepad isn't great but if you only need to do minor surgery it'll work. I'd look for something better if you're planning serious work... maybe Notepad++
