Which software is best for making movie.nfo file ?
I tryed metabrowser, but file is mymovies.xml and isn't 100% compatible with xbmc ( xbmc will read description but no actors and director ).

I can't use on-line download due to language ( no english ) - so I need special software where I collect all informations and this software will make 100% compatible file for XBMC.

Is possible download other languages for this software ? or is possible rename/add genre ?

ROFL at xbmc, its good for some one with a smallish movie library (10 movies large) who doesn't have the internet bandwidth maxed out from downloading, but having xbmc scrap your entire library when changing from betas, ssd hard drivers etc is just not practical.

I have over 1,000 movies and almost countless TV shows.

I have no issues with letting XBMC scrape my media and exporting the NFO's.
Anyway you do it, its going to take time. XBMC is as good as anything else.

What do you mean? Have xbmc scrape, and then export as single files.

And the nfo files created will be the most compatible with xbmc

It is what I use and have a library of 800 movies and about 2100 tv episodes.
