Why not add the movie to a scraper site yourself? themoviedb.org allows you to do this and the benefits are a) it's as easy, if not easier, than managing NFOs, and b) you've helped everyone else out who scrapes that movie in the future.

You have to switch to library mode to get the context menu option. If you're in file mode you get a different set of options.
