Hi all,

Quick question, so I listen to a couple of radio streams on XBMC mainly BBC radio stations, 1 & 4. Now I saw a friend watching Radio 1 on his TV yesterday and it showed the title of the song that was playing. Is there anyway you can do this in XBMC?

I assume that a plugin is required for this.

i use shoutcast and 99% of them display artist and titles, even the ones that do occasionaly go wrong and display nothing!, i think its more down to the broadcaster as opposed to XBMC!

Is it shoutcast streams you use or shoutcast itself?

tends to be shoutcast streams, like at the moment, energy 98, they semed to not be putting up artist info etc for past day or two now, seems like they haven't noticed that yet..it will sort itself oout i guess!
