Just curious about a few things. One, can bluray isos be made? Two, how well will they stream over a wired network?

If you are referring to a 1:1 copy of a blu-ray disc to iso then no. But, what you can do is rip the main movie (typically the largest .m2ts file) off of the blu-ray disc using AnyDVD or DvdFab and then that file can be streamed with XBMC.
Caveats are that it will just be the main movie without menus, subtitles, or any other blu ray specific extras.
