Hi all,
i know there a lot of threats around this forum, but i think i've some more questions as discussed before, and maybe someone is already running such a system...
What I want:
- a silent system (should be placed in living room)
- stand alone system (all work should be done by system itself, so no streaming sultions...)
- it should be a "low power" system (as this system should run several hours, it should not consum 200W...)
- use this system as dvb-s2 receiver
- use this system to whatch videos stored on the hdd and on nas
- 1080p material
what i know so far:
xbmc can be installed on the apple tv
there exists the bradcom crystal hd card, to bring the apple tv up to 1080p
why do I want to use the apple tv?
not to expensive to buy over e bay...
