I like to see (an hear) Musikvideos (*.mp4).

I dont find the Option "Play the next song automatically" for Video ?

I want to open an Folder "Musikvideos" an than XBMC shoul play automaticly al Videos in it.

BUT at the moment it stops after each Song.

There is no "play next automatically" option for videos. However if you press Play on a folder that will play all the videos in that folder.
